RETURN POLICY

All online orders may be returned to Geraldineonline.com within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund, unless marked as a final sale. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn, altered, or washed merchandise cannot be returned.

For domestic and international returns of items purchased on Geraldineonline.com, please contact customerservice@geraldinelustgarten.com for a return label. International orders are eligible for complimentary returns.

​​Products that are received damaged or become damaged due to a manufacturing fault should be reported within two days after receiving the order to our customer service team at customerservice@geraldinelustgarten.com.

Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are eligible for a full refund.

Unfortunately, Geraldineonline.com does not offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.

Geraldineonline.com reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday during business hours. If you make a purchase on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. 

US Shipping:

Geraldineonline.com offers complimentary standard shipping (and returns) to addresses within the United States.

International Shipping:

Geraldineonline.com offers complimentary international shipping on all orders. Please note that recipients have the option to pay duties and taxes upfront at checkout or upon delivery, depending on their country.

Processing and Delivery Times:

All deliveries are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of shipment. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after your order has been placed. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email us at customerservice@geraldinelustgarten.com.

In case of any delays in processing times, you will be notified by email. All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or another address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation. Orders with multiple items may be shipped in more than one package, as indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Taxes and Duties:

Please be aware that Geraldineonline.com is not responsible for taxes, duties, or any brokerage and delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. These charges will be assumed by shipments, changes, or returns.
